It starts at the sea.
Steel sheet arrives at Karachi packed in sealed containers: hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized and mild steel, in strapped bundles. The container comes off the ship and onto our trailer, still sealed.
We import prime steel sheet through the Port of Karachi, carry it 1,160 km north to our Okara works, and cut, bend and build it into the machines and structures that run Punjab's rice mills.
Steel sheet arrives at Karachi packed in sealed containers: hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized and mild steel, in strapped bundles. The container comes off the ship and onto our trailer, still sealed.
The container stays sealed all the way up the country, through Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan and Sahiwal. No re-handling and no weather damage, and we know where every truck is.
The seal is broken only when the container reaches our Okara works. A forklift brings the bundle out, and the overhead crane lifts each sheet to stock or straight onto the cutting table. Nothing is dragged and nothing is dented.
The CNC table follows the drawing exactly: outer profiles, bolt holes and cut-outs in a single pass. Parts are nested to waste as little sheet as possible, and every copy matches the first.
The press brake bends cut blanks into angles, channels, trays and hopper panels. Bending makes the sheet stiffer for its weight, and every bend lands on the same angle.
Those parts become silos, elevators, huskers, whiteners, graders and sorters, plus the steel platforms and conveyors that hold the mill together. We fabricate them in Okara and install them on site.
Do you need steel sheet, cut and bent parts, or a complete rice-mill line? Send us your drawings or tell us what you need, and we'll take it from the port to your site.
